I'm an assistant professor at the University of Illinois at Springfield specializing in vertebrate paleontology and paleoecology.  My interests mainly center around the effects of climate change on fossil mammals, particularly during the last five million years of Earth's history.  Many kids love fossils -- I guess I just never grew up!
